Win FREE Classes until the end of 2014!!  It's time for another contest... And this time the stakes are high!  If you purchase either class card ($40 monthly unlimited or $50 10-class punch card) anytime between 9/8 and 10/9 you will be entered into a drawing to win FREE classes at the Skatium for the rest of the year!  *Drawing will be held on Monday, 10/13 and you must be present to win the big prize... but there will be one or two smaller prizes up grabs this time and those you can win regardless.

Yoga on the Beach will be happening TWICE in October: 10/4 and 10/25

You asked for it... you got it!  Don't miss another wonderful Yoga practice on Fort Myers Beach
coming up on Saturdays, 10/4 and 10/25.  The classes will run from 8:00-9:00am and donations will be greatly appreciated! 

This will be a Level 1 Flow class suitable for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat and perhaps a blanket to put underneath. Wear sunscreen, bring water and we'll have an amazing time!
  *We'll meet at an area just a bit north of the pier so you can park anywhere in the Times Square area.

New Tuesday Class Line-Up in September!  The class schedule at the Skatium has not changed in over 3 years - it's time to shake things up a bit!  So for the month of September I'm going to be testing a new cardio class on Tuesday nights... the 5:30-6:15p timeslot will no longer be Zumba; but instead it will be a class called Body Blast(Yoga will still follow at 6:15-7p)  Like Zumba, this class will not require any equipment but will include a mixture of everything from Cardio Kickboxing, Tabata training and toning work all geared towards burning calories!  All levels can be accommodated with modifications.  Come and give this new class a try!  And you still have two opportunities to Zumba each week; on Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm.

Don't miss it!  A great opportunity for those who are new to Zumba... it's dark so no one can see a thing.

Zumba® from 5:30-6:15pm

**The Fit Club class features a mix of strength training, core work and some cardio.  Participants will need to bring a set of dumbbells (5lbs recommended to begin) and an exercise mat.  Fit Club is a fantastic full-body workout - Give it a try!
